This place is excellent! I had a check engine light that was on for more than a year that nobody else could figure out. I went in to these guys and I met Dustin Hede from service. He was couteous and professional. He quickly set me up with an appointment for that same day and my issue was fixed that very day and the price was fair especially with the fact that it was Mercedes-Benz techs working on it. Best of all was the fact that they had parts for my car (an older mercedes) right there in the service center and so I didn't need to bother with waiting for parts to be shipped. I would without any hesitation recommend this place to anyone with an older or newer Mercedes-benz vehicle. Thanks Mercedes-Benz of flagstaff for great service.

Short version: If you need service and you're frustrated, GO SEE RANDY LYONS - service manager. Long version: This review is more about Randy Lyons the service manager than the dealership itself. I have a Mercedes Sprinter Class B. The motor is Mercedes and the body is Winnebago. When you have a warranty there is a pretty interesting division of who is responsible for what and it can be a drag if you don't know the intricacies of each little part...and there in lies my issue. In the wiring on my coach. The wires are Mercedes but a part that hold the wires together is not Mercedes so I had been tossed from RV place to RV place and no one was taking responsibility and I was told to go to a Mercedes dealership which beforehand had turned me away because they assumed it wasn't a Mercedes issue. THIS UNDERTAKING in itself is a drag because I'm traveling in my coach at the time. I had two choices, Flagstaff or St. George and Flag was cooler so I drove there. The service guy took my dash apart but found that the part in question wasn't Mercedes so he closed it up. I'd about had it at that point. I'd driven too damn far. This stinking little part was keeping me from a back up camera, GPS, radio, blue tooth, phone system etc. I raised a little stink and Randy came to the rescue. He immediately said. It's clear that you have been given the run around - WE ARE GOING TO TAKE CARE OF YOU. We made an appointment when his brilliant guy Sam was going to be there and Sam took care of my wiring issue. Problem solved. It wasn't just that Randy was on top my issue, I kept seeing him take care of every little issue with the customers and his service techs. Randy is a keeper - he sees the little things that most people don't. He's excellent with customers. It's a well honed talent that you either have or don't have and Randy has it. Well done Randy!

They are not flexible to make deal with them. Hope in future to improve their strategy to be easy to sell their cars
